Jones Wins Shot Put and Weight Throw

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Thrower Jason Jones won both the shot put and the weight throw at the Carolina Invitational on Friday, Feb. 13. Jones' shot put mark of 56'09.25 was a season-best and he has seven wins combined in the shot put and weight throw so far during the 2009 indoor season.
Kwame Boatwright was fifth in the high jump with a 6'02.00", his third-best mark of the season.
Adam Gray was third in the weight throw and ninth in the shot put at the meet.
