RALEIGH, N.C. – The 14th-ranked NC State men’s soccer team will look to keep its undefeated streak against non-conference foes alive, as the Wolfpack will host High Point Wednesday night at Dail Soccer Field at 7:00 p.m. The Pack is an impressive 7-0 against in out-of-conference action this season, outscoring the opposition 18-2.
The Wolfpack comes into this midweek contest with a record of 9-3-1 on the season. NC State had a five-game winning streak snapped over the weekend, as the Pack lost its first home game of the season to then-No. 4 Wake Forest, 4-1.
In the nationally rankings this week, NC State sits at No. 13 according to Soccer America, No. 14 in the NSCAA Coaches' Poll, No. 15 by CollegeSoccerNews.com, and No. 16 in Soccer Times.
High Point comes into the contest at 7-4-1 on the season, and are currently second in the Big South standings with a record of 3-1-1 in conference play. The Panthers are coming off of a scoreless draw with Coastal Carolina over the weekend.
Ten different players have scored a goal for High Point this season, led by Fejiro Okiomah’s four scores. Michael Chesler has played every minute in goal, recording a GAA of 1.13 and five shutouts.

After High Point, the Pack will have the weekend off, and return to home action next Tuesday night against Centenary.
