GoPack Ticket Center To Go Off-Line Until Thursday

RALEIGH, N.C. Because of system software upgrades, the GoPack Ticket Center will go off-line at 2 p.m. today through noon Thursday.

However, NC State fans can still order tickets at the NC State Ticket office at 5400 Trinity Rd., Suite 400, Raleigh, N.C., or by phone at (919) 865-1510. All walk-up and phone orders will be processed after the software upgrade is completed.

“While fans will not have the convenience of using the ticket center for a brief amount of time, this is a necessary upgrade that will enhance our overall customer service,” said Brian Kelly, NC State’s assistant athletics director of ticket operations. “However, fans can still order tickets during the down time and each order will be processed when the system is back up.

“We appreciate patience and apologize to any customers who are inconvenienced during this time.”
