Washington's Finish in Triple Jump Leads Pack at ACCs

DeMiracle Washington finished strong in the triple jump with a fourth place showing to pace the NC State women's track and field team on the finals day of the ACC Outdoor Championships. Her mark of 40'07.75" was her second outdoor NCAA regional mark in the event.
Brittany Tinsley was also strong for the Wolfpack, finishing ninth in the 5,000m with a 17:26.72.
Ashley Neal was tenth in the triple jump with a 38'03.50", a career-best in the outdoor triple jump.
