Track & Field Hosts 2008 adidas Raleigh Relays

The NC State track and field team will host the 2008 adidas Raleigh Relays on the newly renovated Derr Track this Friday, March 28, and Saturday, March 29. The prestigious yearly outdoor event returns after a one-year absence as the facility was renovated with a new track surface during the 2007 season.

Events begin at 10 am on Friday with the last event starting at 9 pm. On Saturday, competition gets under way at 11 am with the final events slated for a 5 pm start.

For the Wolfpack, the home tournament marks the second meet of the season in the outdoor season after a trip to the 49er Classic at Charlotte last weekend.
