Fowler Hosts CBS' Packer, Nantz

RALEIGH, N.C. --NC State athletics director Lee Fowler hosted CBS announcers Billy Packer and Jim Nantz Saturday evening at the Angus Barn's Wine Cellar, to talk a little about the state of college basketball.   Packer and Nantz were in town to broadcast the first and second round of the NCAA Tournament, being hosted by NC State at the RBC Center, and Fowler took the opportunity to renew his acquaintances with Packer and Nantz, whom he worked with while serving as the chairman of the NCAA Selection Committee in 2002 and served on the committee for six years.   The next day, during the CBS broadcast of the games at the RBC Center, Packer and Nantz praised NC State's efforts in hosting the tournament games and the RBC Center facilities.
