Nationwide Gives Away TV to Hoops for Hope Fan

Following up on the generosity of so many fans at the 3^rd annual Hoops for Hope contest, two local insurance agencies gave one lucky fan a new television.

Nationwide agents Terry Nobles, Jr. and Carter Glass jumped at the opportunity to participate in the Hoops for Hope event.  The agencies gave away pink bandanas, calendars, and more.  They were excited by the generosity of the fans and wanted to give something back...so they gave away a television.

Debbie Edwards, the assistant principal at Salem Elementary School in Apex, has been a long-time supporter of women’s basketball.  She attended the game on February 10^th to support the cause, having been inspired by Coach Kay Yow’s mission to encourage breast cancer research and awareness.  She registered for the giveaway at the Nationwide table on the concourse.

The two agents and the lucky fan met Head Coach Kay Yow at Reynolds Coliseum for the presentation of the TV.
