Skybus Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary to enter this contest.
2. How to enter: fill out entry form in its entirety and submit entry at www.gopack.com.
3. The contest begins on 2/18/2008 and is open to anyone except employees of Skybus (sponsor), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and employees, affiliates and subsidiaries of Capitol Broadcasting Company. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. Each entry must be received by 3/31/2008, when the contest ends. Neither Sponsor nor Capitol Broadcasting Company will be responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, or misdirected entries. Entries are the property of Capitol Broadcasting Company and the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering the contest entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the decision of Sponsor and Capitol, which decision shall be final.
5. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: Four (4) tickets to anywhere Skybus flies.
One (1) First Prize: Autographed 1983 National Championship Team Poster
Five (5) Second Prizes: NC State Fleece Blanket
6. Winners will be chosen on 4/1/2008 from all valid entries received by 3/31/2008.
7. Winners will be notified by 4/8/2008. The winners must agree to release Sponsor and Capitol from any and all liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from acceptance. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release before the prize is awarded. Winner must also consent to the use of their name and/or likeness without compensation for advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. Failure to return completed affidavit and consent within two (2) days of notification will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternative prize winner will be selected.
8. For the name of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Skybus Sweepstakes, C/O Wolfpack Sports Marketing,
9. Prizes may be considered income and taxes on said income are solely the responsibility of the winners.
