Men's Soccer Trips to Clemson Friday Night

RALEIGH, N.C. The NC State men’s soccer team will travel to Clemson this Friday night, and face the Tigers in an ACC affair at 7:00 p.m.
The Pack stands at 4-7-1 and 0-4 in conference play on the season, but has won three of its last four games overall. The Pack offense has caught fire as of late, scoring 15 goals over the last four games after scoring just nine times in the first eight games of the season. The Pack is off a 5-1 win over Presbyterian in which five different players scored this past Tuesday.
Junior Ronnie Bouemboue leads the Pack with seven goals this season, including five in the last five games. Classmate Alan Sanchez leads the squad with 17 points this season and he has four goals in the last three games.
Christopher Widman has seen the majority of action for the Pack in goal this season. He has started the last nine contests, and has a 1.97 GAA on the year.
Clemson enters this contest with a 3-5-2 this year, and is currently in fourth place in the ACC at 2-2-1. The Tigers defeated Wofford on Tuesday, 1-0. Michael Brooks leads Clemson with five goals and 11 points this season.
