Jiffy Lube Ball Kid Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.

All entrants must be in the 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade during the 2009-10 basketball

season.

HOW TO ENTER: You must complete an entry form, in its entirety (including signature

from parent/guardian) with accurate information. Failure to do so may be grounds for

voiding the entry. Entry forms are available at participating Triangle area Jiffy Lube

locations. You may also enter by mailing a postcard with your name, address, city, state,

zip, phone number, birthday, and current grade to: Wolfpack Ball Kids, c/o Wolfpack

Sports Marketing, 4000 Westchase Boulevard, Suite 475, Raleigh, NC 27607.

The sweepstakes runs from 1/2/09 - 3/01/10 and is open to all residents in the

Continental United States, except employees of Wolfpack Sports Marketing, Jiffy Lube, or

their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies. Void where prohibited

or restricted by law.

Any entry must be received no later than on or before 3/01/10. Neither Jiffy Lube nor

Wolfpack Sports Marketing will be responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected entries.

Entries are the property of Wolfpack Sports Marketing and will not be returned. By

entering the sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the right of

Wolfpack Sports Marketing to interpret these rules as they deem best to operate the

contest.

PRIZE: One winner will be randomly chosen by 10:00 am three days prior to each of

the participating home men's basketball games. Each winner will also receive four (4)

complimentary game tickets for use by family and/or friends. Odds of winning depend on

the number of valid entries received. Only one entry per child will be accepted.

Best efforts will be made to notify the winner via phone within 24 hours of being

chosen. If Wolfpack Sports Marketing is unable to notify the winner within 24 hours for

whatever reason, Wolfpack Sports Marketing will proceed to make an alternate selection.

The winner’s parent or guardian must agree to sign a waiver to release Wolfpack Sports

Marketing, NC State and Jiffy Lube from any and all liability for injury, damage, or loss

resulting from acceptance. If the chosen winner’s parent or guardian does not execute the

waiver and provide necessary information to Wolfpack Sports Marketing within a timely

manner, that person will forfeit his/her right to the prize and all claims associated therein.

The winner’s parent or guardian must consent to the use of the winner’s name and/or

likeness without compensation for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes.

Winner understands that being selected as a ball kid will require physical exertion and

activity during the course of the game.

For the name of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after

3/10/10 but not later than 4/10/10 to: Wolfpack Ball Kids Winners List, c/o Wolfpack Sports
