CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. Chrissy Zirpolo (17 kills) led the Pack offense for the second-straight contest, but it wasn’t enough as NC State fell to Boston College (3-1) on Thursday, Sept. 27, in Chestnut Hill, Mass., at Power Gym. The loss sends the Wolfpack to 3-11 (0-4 ACC) on the year, as the Eagles climb to 8-6 (2-2 ACC).

Both offenses struggled to attack cleanly, but the Eagles had the upper hand by hitting .128 compared to State’s .017 clip.
Boston College took the opening frame in dominating fashion, 30-19, before the Pack rallied back to take the second in extended play, 30-32. Despite hitting a match-low -.128, State collected game two as both teams traded points throughout the majority of play.
