Belk "Sweet" Ticket Giveaway Official Rules -
(1) Entrant must be 18 years of age or older to enter contest.
(2) Contest runs from 8/27/2007 - 9/30/2007. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 9/30/2007.
(3) One (1) winner will recieve two (2) suite tickets to the NC State vs. Virginia game on 10/27/2007 and one (1) autographed football.
(4) Prizes may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as income and taxes on these prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
