Time Warner Cable will be airing the Kay Yow One2One program three times a week for the next few months starting the week of July 9th. You can catch the show on Mondays at 11:30am, Thursdays at 7:30pm, and Saturdays at 1:30pm on Time Warner Cable’s Local Origination Channel “Triangle Television”.  Triangle Television is on channel 24 on the basic service tier for all Time Warner Cable subscribers throughout the Triangle and beyond.  If you missed the program on CSTV, now’s your chance to experience this one of a kind program with Coach Kay Yow.
