Men's Soccer Releases 2007 Schedule

Raleigh, N.C. The NC State men’s soccer team announced its 2007 schedule, one that features 12 games at the Pack’s brand-new soccer stadium. The former location of Derr Track will be the new home of Wolfpack soccer opening this fall, as well as the Curtis & Jacqueline Dail Softball Stadium.
The new soccer and track complex will be located on the heart of the NC State campus, off of Cates Avenue and Morrill Drive, allowing easier access to games for students, faculty and staff, and fans of the program. NC State will enjoy the luxury of lights for the first time.
The Pack will hosts its first game in the new complex on August 24, when last year’s NCAA Runner-up UCLA visits for an exhibition game at 7:00 p.m.
The Pack will begin the season with the annual Wolfpack Classic the weekend of August 31 September 2. NC State will host both Valparaiso and Delaware that weekend.
In ACC action, the Pack will be hosting North Carolina, Virginia, Clemson and Duke all teams that advanced to at least the second round of last year’s NCAA Tournament.
