Lauren Doughtie Sits Fourth at Lady Seahawk Invitational

WALLACE, N.C. – NC State sophomore Lauren Doughtie sits in fourth place after shooting a pair of one-over-par rounds of 73 on Monday at the Lady Seahawk Invitational at the 6,073-yard River Landing Golf Club.
NC State is not entered as a team, but five Wolfpack golfers are playing as individuals.
Doughtie (73-73=146) stands only four shots behind UNC Wilmington’s Carmen Perez-Narbon and Emily Klein, who each stand at two-under (142).
Freshman Emily Street is in a five-way tie for fifth overall with rounds of 75 and 73 to stand at +4 (148).
Freshman Kathleen Strandberg is tied for 32nd after two rounds of six-over 78.
Classmate Cindel Gwyn shot identical rounds of 80 and is tied for 60th at +16.
Joanna Saleeby is 67th at +20 (83-81=164).
