Upcoming Book-Signings Feature Authors Yow, Peeler

Join NC State athletics’ two resident authors over the next three weeks for book-signings around the Triangle.
NC State Hall of Fame women’s basketball coach Kay Yow, whose children’s book “I Will, Not Just I’ll Try” was released last week, will appear at several locations around the Triangle in between her team’s basketball schedule.
She will sign copies of the books on Dec. 7 at the NC State Bookstores on campus, Dec. 8 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at the GoPack Store at Crabtree Valley Mall in
GoPack.com managing editor Tim Peeler, whose book “When March Went Mad: A Celebration of NC State’s 1982-83 National Championship” was also released last week, will make several appearances, beginning Thursday night at the Barnes & Noble in Cary. He will join another local author, Al Featherston, who recently released a book about Duke basketball. The two former Durham Herald-Sun co-workers will talk about selections from their books, beginning at 7 p.m.
