Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Winner must be a member in good standing of one of NC’s 27 Touchstone Energy cooperatives. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Timing: The sweepstakes begins October 15, 2007 and ends January 15, 2008. The sweepstakes is sponsored by Wolfpack Sports Marketing and is open to entrants 18 years of age or older who are members in good standing of one of NC’s 26 electric cooperatives. Employees of Sponsor, NC’s Touchstone Energy cooperatives, their affiliated companies, subsidiaries and agencies and their immediate families or members of their households are not eligible to enter or win prizes. How to Enter: To enter Sweepstakes, visit www.GoPack.com and click on the link for Most Energetic Fan and fill all entry fields. To print a set of these rules, copy and paste this text into your favorite word processing program, or use the "Print" button on your Web browser. Limit one entry per e-mail address. Send photos as JPEG or TIFF. Prize(s): One sweepstakes winner from each of NC’s 26 Touchstone Energy cooperatives will be awarded two tickets to attend the February 16, 2008 NC State University men’s basketball game against Clemson University. All expenses related to travel and accommodations are the responsibility of each winner. Other Terms and Conditions: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor, and those acting under the Sponsor's authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Potential winners who do not respond within the requisite time period and/or who do not provide us with a valid response will forfeit eligibility to win the prize. Winner will be sent additional details of prize and acceptance requirements by mail or courier. Upon receipt of notification, winner must fill out and sign Affidavit of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and Acceptance of Prize and Grant of Permissions form(s), and return them to: Wolfpack Sports Marketing PO Box 12900, Raleigh, NC 27605 within (14) calendar days of mailing date or as directed in Notification information. If Affidavit, Waiver and Grant forms are not timely received, are incomplete or modified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner drawn from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted.
