Men's Soccer to Host Clemson on Sunday

Raleigh, N.C. The NC State men’s soccer team will return to home action, hosting ACC foe Clemson this Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at Method Road. The Wolfpack (4-5-3, 0-3-1 ACC) will be looking for its first ACC win of the season, while the Tigers (6-7-1, 1-4 ACC) are currently riding a two-game winning streak.
NC State will be without the services of starting central defender Stanley Mathurin, who received a red card early in the second half of the Pack’s last contest. The Pack will be looking to be move offensive against Clemson, probably showing a 3-4-3 formation.
The Tigers currently stand 6-7-1 on the season and are 1-4 in conference play. Clemson is coming off of back-to-back 2-1 wins, over Virginia and Furman. Tate Parrish leads the offense with his five goals and 16 points overall, while Joseph Bendik has started all 14 games in goal and holds a 1.32 GAA.
