Supercuts Superfan Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
HOW TO ENTER: You must complete an entry form, in its entirety with accurate information. Failure to do so may be grounds for voiding the entry. Entry forms are available at participating Triangle area Supercuts locations. You may also enter by mailing a postcard with your name, address, city, state, zip, and daytime phone number: Supercuts Super Fan Promotion, c/o Wolfpack Sports Marketing, PO Box 12900, Raleigh, NC 27605. The contest runs from 1/1/07 3/3/07 and is open to all residents of the state of North Carolina, except employees of Wolfpack Sports Marketing, Supercuts, or their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be considered, an entry must be received no later than 5:00 pm, 3/3/07. Neither Supercuts nor Wolfpack Sports Marketing will be responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected entries. Entries are the property of Wolfpack Sports Marketing and will not be returned. By entering the sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the right of Wolfpack Sports Marketing to interpret these rules as they deem best to operate the contest.
PRIZE: One winner will be randomly chosen after 3/3/07. The winner will receive a big screen TV (up to $1500 value), viewing party for 10 friends including food, favors, and free haircuts from Supercuts, and a pair of season tickets for the 2007-08 NC State home basketball season. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Only one entry per household will be accepted. Best efforts will be made to notify the winner via phone within 24 hours of being chosen. If Wolfpack Sports Marketing is unable to notify the winner within 24 hours for whatever reason, Wolfpack Sports Marketing will proceed to make an alternate selection. The winner must agree to sign a waiver to release Wolfpack Sports Marketing, NC State and Supercuts from any and all liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from acceptance. If the winner does not execute the waiver and provide any necessary information to Wolfpack Sports Marketing within a timely manner, that person will forfeit his/her right to the prize and all claims associated therein. The winner must consent to the use of his/her name and/or likeness without compensation for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes. Prizes may be considered income and taxes on said prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
For the name of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after 4/3/07 but not later than 5/3/07 to: Supercuts Super Promotion Winners List, c/o Wolfpack Sports Marketing, PO Box 12900, Raleigh, NC 27605.
