Raleigh, N.C. - The Wolfpack volleyball team will host a free skills clinic this Saturday, Sept. 16, at Reynolds Coliseum on the NC State campus. All clinic slots are full. The event, which will run from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., will focus on helping local middle school children learn more about the sport. The entire NC State coaching staff and team will be on hand to help instruct and assist.
“We are looking forward to working with the community and getting involved with local school children,” said head coach Charita J. Stubbs. “I am excited to be able to teach, as is my staff and our players. I love to teach the game of volleyball and I am looking forward to this clinic."
The red and white will offer another clinic on Sunday, Oct. 22, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. All spots, however, are full.
NC State will return to the courts next Friday, Sept. 15, with its first Atlantic Coast Conference match of the season. The Pack will take on rival North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C., at 7 p.m.
