Chuck's Truck Contest Rules

OFFICIAL RULES
1. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. Only one entry per household will be accepted. Any entries received from the same household after receipt of the first entry will be void.
2. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older, and hold a valid driver's license.
3. How to Enter: You must complete an entry form, or its equivalent, in its entirety with accurate information. Failure to do so may be grounds for voiding the entry. Entry forms are available at local participating Jiffy Lube locations while supplies last.

5. The contest is open to all residents in the Continental United States, except employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. and Jiffy Lube, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the rights of Wolfpack Sports Marketing and Jiffy Lube to interpret these rules as they deem best to operate the contest.
6. Two finalists will be selected to participate in this contest. Finalists will be notified no more than 48 hours prior to the NC State vs. Wake Forest game,
(1) Cannot be a current or former professional or semi-professional football, baseball, or softball player or coach.
(2) Cannot have played High School or Collegiate football, baseball, or softball at any of the following levels in the past five (5) years: freshmen, junior varsity, or varsity for men or women.
7. Participant will not be permitted any practice, warm-up, or qualifying throws, nor will any one contestant be selected to participate more than once during the promotion. The contestants are allowed only one (1) throw to successfully throw a regulation league football through the target hole in the target template.
8. Grand Prize: Contestant's choice of a 2006 automobile not to exceed $20,000 total MSRP. No cash substitute will be offered and no cash will be substituted if the value of the truck selected by the winner is less than $20,000 MSRP. Winner is responsible for all taxes, tags and licenses. If both participating contestants complete the throw, each will receive an automobile as described. If all participating contestants fail to complete throw through the target hole, no grand prize will be awarded.
9. In the event that the Grand Prize is not awarded, both contestants will receive a year's worth of Signature Services (constitutes a total of four (4) over a 12 month period) compliments of Jiffy Lube.
