KFC Tailgate with the Colonel Official Contest Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. You must be 18 or older to participate.
3. Participants are limited to one entry form per visit.
4. HOW TO PLAY:
KFC/Go Pack! Tailgate Sweepstakes. Entry form must be completely filled out in legible handwriting (mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are
not accepted) and mailed to: “KFC/Go Pack! Tailgate Sweepstakes,” c/o Wolfpack Sports Marketing, PO Box 12900,
ENTRY DEADLINE:
5. There will be seven lucky winners in all. Each winner will receive 4 tickets to a Wolfpack home game, a Tailgate Feast including 20 Pieces of Chicken, 2
Large Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, 2 Large Cole Slaws, Choice of 2 Additional Large Side Items and 10 Baked Biscuits and Free KFC for one year which
includes one Free 8 Piece Meal per month, for 12 months.
6. Winner will be notified by phone the week of each home game. If a winner cannot accept the prize for the set date, the prize will be forfeited and a new
winner will be selected.
7. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility form.
8. Winner may not transfer their right nor obtain substitutions or cash redemptions.
9. Odds of winning prize determined by number of entries received.
10. Employees of KFC, KFC Corporation, its franchisees, NC State, Wolfpack Marketing and their network, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, as well as
their advertising agencies, promotional, fulfillment, and/or judging agencies, and their families of each, are not eligible to win. This promotion void where
prohibited or restricted by law and available only at participating
11. Game must be attended on dates and times designated by sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Travel and
accommodation are sole responsibility of winners. Federal state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winners’ sole responsibility.
12. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that 1.) Sponsor and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries,
affiliates, distributors, franchisees, suppliers and advertising/promotion agencies shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law)
their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or
hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) The aforestated parties, PST and all of their respective officers, directors,
employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person,
including without limitation damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use
or misuse of a prize (including any travel or prize activity related thereto) or participating in this Sweepstakes.
13. WINNER’S LIST: To receive the name of the official winner, send self-addressed stamped envelope to “KFC/Go Pack! Tailgate Sweepstakes Winner” List
