First Charter Throw for Dough

Official Rules
(1) No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
(2) How to enter: you must complete an entry form, or its equivalent, in its entirety with accurate information. Failure to do so may be grounds for voiding the entry. Entry forms are available at participating Triangle-area First Charter branches while supplies last.
(3) The contest begins
(4) This contest is open to all residents of the Continental United States, except employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Capitol Broadcasting Co., Inc. and First Charter, it’s advertising and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the rights of Wolfpack Sports Marketing and First Charter to interpret these rules as they deem best to operate the contest.
(5) One finalist will be selected to participate in this contest from the pool of weekly winners. Finalist will be notified no more than 72 hours prior to the NC State versus
- Cannot be a current or former professional or semi-professional football, baseball, or softball player or coach.
- Cannot have played High School or Collegiate football, baseball, or softball at any of the following levels in the past five (5) years: freshmen, junior varsity, or varsity for men or women.
(6) Participant will not be permitted any practice, warm up, or qualifying throws, nor will the contestant be selected to participate more than once during the promotion. The contestant is allowed only one (1) throw to successfully throw a regulation football through the target hole in the target template.
(7) Grand Prize: Contestant will receive $100,000. Winner is responsible for all taxes. If the contestant fails to throw through the target hole, no grand prize will be awarded.
(8) In the event that the Grand Prize is not awarded, the contestant will receive a consolation prize compliments of First Charter.

(11) These prizes/winnings may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as taxable income. Any and all taxes which may be due are solely the responsibility of the winner.
