Hess Takes Second in Mile at Penn Relays

Raleigh, N.C. - Jemissa Hess of the NC State track and field team brought home a second place finish in the final day of competition at the 112th Penn Relays. Hess placed second in the women's Olympic Development mile with a time of 4:37.39, one day after she helped the 4x1500 meter relay squad set a new school record.
