Gymnastics Hosts First Home Meet on Saturday

The NC State gymnastics team will host its first home meet of the season this Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

Raleigh, N.C. - The NC State gymnastics team will host its first home meet of the 2006 season, this Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in Reynolds Coliseum against Rutgers. The Wolfpack (3-0) comes in at No. 23 in the nationally rankings this week, after coming home with a first place showing in a four-team meet at Cal State Fullerton last weekend. NC State won the meet with a team score of 188.575. The Pack had individual winners on both vault and floor in the first meet of the season.

Rutgers checks in at No. 20 in the national rankings this week, after the Scarlet Knights defeated fellow EAGL foe New Hampshire 189.250-189.220 last weekend.
