Gymnastics Steps Back Onto Campus

Raleigh, N.C. - Classes started on NC State's campus yesterday, and as classes start so does a new athletic year for all of NC State's sports team. Assistant gymnastics coach Todd Henry will once again return this year and write a column for GoPack.com updating us on what is going on with the gymnastics team. In Henry's first installment, he talks about the team reporting back to campus and a new addition to the coaching staff.
Henry: I would like to welcome back all of our gymnastic fans to another year of great college gymnastics! We just had first official team meeting of the year yesterday afternoon, and it was great to see all our returning gymnasts from last years squad plus a new group of freshmen we are all looking forward to coaching. All the kids are back safe and sound from a refreshing summer break. We have a new addition on our staff this year, Karen Pleasants. She is an alumni of NC State and will bring our level of expectation up another notch. I will keep you posted on any new developments. That's all for now......see ya down the road!
