Gunning Finishes 13th In 5k At NCAA Championships

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - NC State's Renee Gunning placed 13th in the 5,000m run at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships Friday evening. The senior distance runner from Perkasie, Pa., finished the race with a time of 16:30.40.
That concludes the indoor track & field season for the Wolfpack. NC State opens its outdoor season next weekend in Charlotte, N.C. at UNCC's 49ers Invitational March 19. Complete results from the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships are available at www.NCAASports.com.
