NC State assistant volleyball coach and recruiting coordinator Georgette Crawford-Crooks recently submitted answers to GoPack.com on a variety of subjects, most having nothing to do with volleyball. The second year aide for the Wolfpack still competes in international competition for her home country, Jamaica. A graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, Crawford-Crooks played there and began her coaching career with the Vulcans as well.
GoPack: What was your favorite class in college?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: International Studies, class I took in Grad school.
GoPack: If a movie were made about you, which actress would you pick to play the part of you?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: Angela Basset
GoPack: Why did you choose to come to NC State?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: I chose NC State because of the warmth you feel from others around you. When I hear others speak about the Wolfpack family I knew I wanted to be apart a world class insitution.
GoPack: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: Doctor

Coach Crawford-Crooks: Marrying my husband Joseph
GoPack: What are your pregame rituals?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: I actually don't have any rituals I perform before matches.
GoPack: Who would you like to switch places for a day with?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: The President
GoPack: What are your favorite hobbies are?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: Working out, spending time with family, just relaxing when I have a chance.
GoPack: If you had to give up all your possessions but one, what would you keep?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: My pictures, they make you feel close to your love ones when you look at them.
GoPack: Which person has influenced you the most in life?
Coach Crawford-Crooks: My mother, she is women of strength and wisdom, someone I am striving to be like each and every day.

Coach Crawford-Crooks: Not a big fan of reality TV
