RALEIGH -- Heading into the eighth week of the NFL season, here is a brief update on the 18 former NC State players currently playing in the National Football League.
Apologies to former Wolfpack tight end Sean Berton who was left off this list last week.
The biggest news of the week was the former All-America wide receiver Torry Holt missed the first regular-season game of his career because of a knee injury, though the St. Louis Rams were able to win without him, several other players and head coach Mike Martz.
