Harling Finishes Fourth At Rendleman Invitational

SALISBURY, N.C. - Lauren Harling took fourth place at the Patsy Rendleman Invitational Tuesday afternoon at the par 72 Country Club of Salisbury. Playing as individuals in the tournament, Harling and fellow NC State sophomore golfer Dawn-Marie Conaty competed in the two-day, 36-hole event hosted by Catawba College.
Firing two over in the second round, Harling improved four strokes from the first round and finished eight over. Her fourth place finish earned the Laurinburg, N.C., native a spot on the all-tournament team. Conaty carded a five over second round score, a seven-stroke improvement from her opening round. The Dublin, Ireland native tied for 14th place.
