The NC State women's soccer team is on the way back to Raleigh from Conway, S.C. this morning, as Hurricane Gaston forced Coastal Carolina to cancel the match set for 1 pm Sunday. As Gaston approached Charleston, S.C., the teams decided to cancel the match, but it could be rescheduled at a later date this season. The Wolfpack is 0-0-1 on the season after a double overtime tie at Campbell on Friday night. Head coach Laura Kerrigan and her Wolfpack will host Howard on Aug. 31 at SAS Soccer Park in Cary, N.C. with a scheduled 3:30 pm start. The match will be the first home contest for NC State.
