Ebony Foster and the Wolfpack competed in only one event at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Wednesday. Bad weather forced the cancellation of nearly all events.

Storms Postpone Competition at NCAA Track & Field Championships

AUSTIN, T.X. - Senior Felicia Fant, sophomore Ebony Foster, and freshmen Joya Rodgers and Courtney Patterson were the only NC State student athletes to compete Wednesday at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The Wolfpack finished sixth in the first heat of the 4x100-meter relay preliminary round with a time of 44.98, landing a 17th place finish overall in the only running event completed for the day.

Rounds of competition scheduled to take place on Wednesday will be rescheduled throughout the next three days of events. An amended schedule of events will available on the NCAA website by Thursday morning.
