RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State's softball games with Kent State and Miami (Ohio) on Friday, Feb. 27 have been cancelled due to inclement weather in the Charlotte area. The games were the opening games in the First Pitch Classic, which is hosted by Charlotte and runs Feb. 27-29. A decision on whether or not games will be played on Saturday and Sunday will be made later this afternoon.
