NC State FInishes Fourth in USF Tournament

TAMPA, Fla. - NC State softball lost to Tulsa, 8-0 in five innings on Sunday, Feb. 22 at the USF Softball Complex in Tampa, Fla. The game was the 3rd/4th place game for the tournament, and NC State finished with a 2-3 record on the weekend and is now 3-6 on the young season. Tulsa improved to 9-4 with the win. Lee Hasper (0-1) got the start on the mound for NC State, allowing only four hits in the first three innings before Tulsa scored four runs in the fourth, and four runs in the fifth for the win.
