Q & A with Taylor Parker

RALEIGH, N.C. - After sitting out the 2003-04 season, senior Taylor Parker is looking forward to ending her career with the red and white on a positive note. A native of Marietta, Ga., Parker recently sat down with GoPack.com and offered fans of Wolfpack women's tennis an opportunity to get to know her.
Q: Do you have any nicknames?
A: "I have a lot actually. Tay-Tay, Toilet Paper, T.P., Tay-Peezee."
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days."
Q: Do you have a favorite TV show?
A: "Friends. I love that show."
Q: Which movie stars do you enjoy the most?
A: "Ben Stiller and Kate Hudson."
Q: What about your favorite food?
A: "I'd have to say that I like cheeseburgers."
Q: What is your favorite Coach Olsen saying?
A: "Round the outside, round the outside."
Q: Where do you hang out the most on campus?
A: "In our locker room at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center."
Q: The women's tennis team is famous for enjoying ice cream. What is your favorite flavor?
A: "White chocolate raspberry. It's the best flavor."
Q: What type of career do you plan to pursue upon graduating?
A: "I would like to work in the administrative level at a hospital."
Q: Do you have any odd talents that you would like to share with us?
A: "I have a wide variety of laughs."
Q: Do you have a certain tennis player that you aspire to play like?
A: "Andre Agassi."
Q: What has been the most memorable moment for you so far at NC State?
A: "It has to be when the team had a dance party on our bus coming back from a road trip."
Q: Do you have any goals for the upcoming season?
A: "I just want to keep getting closer with my teammates and enjoy my senior season."
