
RJ Murray Wins During Day Two of Miami Fall Invitational

CORAL GABLES, Fla. - RJ Murray, the junior from Clearwater, Fla., won at No. 1 singles against Catalin Bradu from Central Florida, but it wasn't enough as the Wolfpack men's tennis team was swept the rest of the way in a 6-1 loss at the Miami Fall Invitational. Murray won 7-5, 6-3 to even the match at 1-1 after being swept in three matches for the doubles point. Will Shaw forced his match at No. 4 to three sets, falling 2-6, 6-4, 3-6.
NC State will take on Alabama at 9 a.m. Sunday, September 21 in the final day of the invitational.
