Gamecocks, Wolfpack Set to Tangle on Courts

The Wolfpack women's tennis team will finally return to the courts after being out of action for 10 days because of adverse weather. NC State (2-1) will take on the ITA's No. 23 team in the nation, South Carolina (2-1). Action is slated for 1 p.m. on the courts of the USC Tennis Facility in Columbia, S.C.
NC State has wins over UNC Greensboro and Coastal Carolina to open the season, and was swept by No. 22 Virginia Commonwealth for its lone loss.
The Gamecocks have faced three in-state rivals, losing to Clemson in its most recent outing. South Carolina has wins over Furman and College of Charleston.
Last season when NC State hosted South Carolina, the Gamecocks took a 7-0 victory.
