Brown Named Co-Gymnast of the Week

Senior Kelli Brown was named EAGL co-gymnast of the week.

Raleigh, N.C. - NC State gymnast Kelli Brown has been named EAGL Co-Gymnast of the Week for her performance this past weekend in leading NC State to a first place finish at the Bahamas Breeze ?nvitational.

Brown, a senior from Spruce Creek, Pa., led the Wolfpack to to a team score of 192.550 and defeated No. 24 Kentucky 192.450 and No. 23 BYU 191.650. Brown finished second in the all-around with a score of 39.075 while taking first place on bars (9.9) and floor (9.875). She also finished tied for fourth on vault (9.8) and took sixth place on beam (9.5).

NC State will travel to Kent State for a meet this Sunday.
