Stinson Named WNBA Player Of The Week

Charlotte Sting guard Andrea Stinson has been named WNBA Player of the Week after averaging 18.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists in three games for the Charlotte Sting last week.
In her best game of the week, the former NC State star nailed 4-of-6 shots from the three-point arc in a 21-point, six rebound performance against New York. Charlotte went on to pound the Liberty, 80-60.
After getting off to a 1-10 start this season, the Sting are surging into the playoffs with a franchise-record six game winning streak.
