Stinson Stars In Sting Win

Following a horrendous 1-10 start this season, it appears Andrea Stinson and the Charlotte Sting have recovered just in time to put themselves back in the WNBA playoff hunt.
Stinson, a former NC State star, scored 15 points on 7-of-9 shooting from the floor Tuesday night as Charlotte moved one step closer to securing a postseason spot by tripping up Miami 63-45. Stinson also added three rebounds, three assists and two steals as the Sting upped their record to 12-14 by winning for the 11th time in 15 games.
For the season, Stinson is now averaging 13.9 points and 4.4 rebounds per contest.
