Greene to Skip Senior Season

Raleigh, NC - Christen Greene, a 6-3 center on the NC State women's basketball team has decided to forgo her senior year of eligibility in order to concentrate on academics and pursue other career opportunities.
The Silver Spring, Md. native played in 30 games last year for the Wolfpack Women, earning three starts. Greene averaged 2.8 points and 2.1 rebounds per contest.
Greene will remain in school at NC State to complete her degree in mass communications. She plans to pursue a career in radio or television production.
