Wolfpack Golfers Earn All-ACC Honors

Greensboro, NC - NC State seniors Chris Mundorf and David Sanchez were named to the All-ACC men's golf team by a vote of the league's nine head coaches. It marks the second All-ACC accolade for Mundorf and the first for Sanchez.
Sanchez led the Wolfpack with a 72.3 season stroke average followed by Mundorf's 72.6 average. The duo combined for 25 rounds under par and 14 top-20 finishes during the 2000-01 season. Sanchez is currently ranked 8th in the Mastercard national individual rankings and Mundorf is ranked 51st. The Wolfpack rank 8th in the nation in the team rankings.
