Men's Golf Ranked 6th in Nation

PRINCETON, NJ - Richard Sykes' NC State men's golf team moved up to
sixth in the nation in the latest MasterCard golf poll. The Wolfpack is
also ranked ninth in the recent Golfweek.com poll. Fellow ACC members
Georgia Tech (#2) and Clemson (#3) are also ranked in the top 10. The ACC
is the only conference with three teams ranked in the top six in the
nation.
Individually, senior David Sanchez is NC State's top ranked golfer with a number- five overall ranking and is the fourth-ranked golfer among ACC players.
The Wolfpack returns to action this weekend at the Intercollegiate in Chapel Hill, N.C., on April 14-15.
