Wolfpack Men’s Tennis Faces Tar Heels

RALEIGH, NC -- The NC State mens tennis squad will look for its first ACC victory of the season when it faces arch-rival North Carolina Wednesday at the Wolfpack Tennis Center at 2:30. The Wolfpack men have tallied wins over American, High Point, UNC Greensboro and Campbell thus far, while North Carolina is 6-5 in 2001.

NC State will have revenge in mind for the the Tar Heels after UNC escaped with a 4-3 win last season in Chapel Hill. North Carolina is also currently ranked 53rd nationally by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

Doubles action is set to begin at 2:30 p.m with singles to follow.

To get to the Center, take a left/right off of Western Boulevard toward Hillsborough Street onto Gorman Street. Then take a right at the first stoplight onto Sullivan Drive and the Center will be on the second road to your left (across from Doak Field).
