Wolfpack Tied For 8th At Mercedes-Benz Championships

PONTE VEDRA, Fla. (Feb. 19) -- Senior David Sanchez fired a two-round score of 140 to
finish in a tie for fourth as Wolfpack is tied for eighth place at the
Mercedes-Benz Championships at Ponte Beach, Fla.
Sanchez fired a first-round score of 68 and a second-round score of 72 to finish in a three-way for fourth-place. Senior Chris Mundorf shot a -3 (69) in his round, but came back to shoot a 73 in round two to fall into a tie fir 10th-place overall. Senior Mark Tullo shot a 149 in his first two rounds on Monday to place in a tie for 44th-place. Sophomore Jason Moon aand freshman Ross Wellington each fired a 155 and are tied for 65th overall.
Tuesday's final round will begin at 8:00 a.m.
