Pettersson, Mundorf Earn All-ACC Golf Honors

Greensboro, NC (May 11) - Wolfpack co-captains Carl Pettersson and Chris Mundorf both were named to the All-ACC team by a vote of the league's nine head coaches. This is Pettersson's second all-conference selection and the first for Mundorf. The duo has led NC State to a current ranking of 15th in the country in the Mastercard rankings.
The Wolfpack finished third in the ACC Championships and earned a bid to the NCAA East Regional. NC State has finished in the top three in the last six tournaments.
Pettersson, a senior from Greensboro, NC, has seven top 10 finishes this year and boasts a 71.9 stroke average. He has posted four straight top 10 finishes including a season best tied for second at ACC Championships.
Mundorf, a junior from Greensboro, NC, has carded seven top 20 finishes this season and ranks second on the team with a 72.6 stroke average. He has posted back-to-back top 10 finishes in the last two events.
