Kristen Nicholls Earns Player of the Week Honors

Sophomore Kristen Nicholls was named the Player of the Week by the NC State women's tennis coaching staff for the week of 3/27 to 4/2. Nicholls finished the week 2-1 after picking up wins against her opponents from Richmond and Old Dominion.

The coaching staff remarked on how proud they are of Nicholls after losing a close match at UNC to pick up herself back up and grab two wins over the weekend. They said that Nicholls is taking the right steps to prepare herself for the rest of the season and the ACC Tournament.

Nicholls and the rest of the NC State women's tennis team will be in action this Thursday when they travel to Greenville to take on the Pirates of East Carolina.
