NC State Falls to Richmond in Women's Tennis

RICHMOND, VA (April 1) -- The NC State women's tennis team fell to host Richmond on
Saturday, April 1st by a 6-3 score.
NC State's Loni Worsley defeated Vanessa Bagnato, 6-4, 3-6, 7-6(8-6) at the No. 3 singles position. The Pack's Kristen Nicholls also won her singles match against Jody Kenoyer, 7-6(7-4), 7-5 at the No. 4 spot.
In doubles play NC State was only able to win one match. That came at No. 1 were the Wolfpack's Brie Glover and Myrna Bawono defeated Williams and Cascarilla, 9-8(7-3).
