Wolfpack Women Face Georgia Tech in ACC Tourney

NC State ended the regular season in third place in the ACC standings and will face sixth-seeded Georgia Tech on Saturday at 6 p.m. in the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C.
The Wolfpack and the Yellow Jackets split the regular season series, with Georgia Tech upsetting NC State 69-52 Thursday in Reynolds Coliseum. These teams have met three times in the ACC Tournament, with the Wolfpack Women winning all three contests. Twice when these teams met in the first round, NC State went on to win the tournament.
Second-seeded Duke will face the winner of the Maryland/Florida State game on Saturday at 3:30. The winner of that contest will play the winner of the NC State-Duke game on Sunday in the 3:30 semifinal game.
