NC State's Men's Tennis Squad Falls to Princeton

PRINCETON, N.J. (Feb. 26) -- The Princeton men's tennis team moved to 5-2 on the
season with a 6-1 win over NC State this afternoon at Jadwin Gym. The defeat
lowered NC State's record to 1-4 on the season. The Tigers dropped only the
No. 6 singles match but still earned
enough points for the win.
NC State got an inspired performance from senior Jeff Smith who defeated the Tigers Brandon Tung, 6-4, 6-2, in No. 6 singles action.
The Pack will next travel to Charlotte as they partake in two matches on March 2. First, the Pack will meet UNC-Asheville at 9:00 am before taking on the host UNC-Charlotte 49ers at 2:30 pm.
